Working With Carers

We provide culturally and linguistically appropriate information and support for the Asian community primarily to Asian Carers over 50 years old, in Newham to Access community services, break down barriers and feel more engaged.

By providing befriending support, hospital and home visits, intensive casework e.g., a carer’s assessment, preparing an appeal, and follow up work. We empower carers to access relevant service, increase physical and mental health, leading to increased independence and make an informed decision.
