Aging Well & End of Life
We enable Asian elders and carers to engage in discussions on end of life care planning.
Day Services Opportunities
Activities are an integral part of our service, providing an opportunity for social interaction as well as stimulation and enjoyment.
Dementia
We provide activities and support for Asian elders with various stages of dementia, including early-stage memory loss.
Intergenerational Work
We are continuing to develop our intergenerational programme of work, involving Asian elders taking part in activities jointly with children and young people from the local community including schools, colleges, and other organizations both locally and nationally.
Working with Carers
We engage in a range of Community Information Events; Peer support; Mentoring, Cares support via meetings, focus group, workshops, activities. one to one; face to face, digital inclusion.
