We provide culturally and linguistically appropriate information and support for the Asian community about end-of-life care and the importance of planning ahead.
We enable Asian elders and carers to engage in discussions on end of life care planning so they have access to information, discuss/share experiences, having complex and positive conversations around ageing well and end of life care planning.
We can provide individual bilingual support on areas ranging from Advance Planning, Advance Care Plans, Lasting Power of Attorney, GP Care Plans, End of Life Care, Palliative Care, Experiences of Grief, Coronavirus, Funeral Arrangements, Emergency Care Plans various digital platforms such as My Wishes, etc.
